Students gain architecture CAD and drawing skills through practicums using the latest 3D CAD and CG software. Learning drawing skills and presentation skills, which are required for professionals, students can get a job in a wide range of fields, including construction.

Machinery CAD Major

The curriculum includes classes for learning about the basics of machines, including elements, materials, and dynamic processing methods, classes for developing the stereognostic sense through free hand sketching and basic conformal mapping (isometric view), classes for understanding graphics through 2D CAD drawing of machine elements, such as gears and bolts, and practical classes for learning the basics of 3D construction using a 3D CAD system.

Architecture CAD Major


Students gain architecture CAD and drawing skills through practicums using the latest 3D CAD and CG software. Learning drawing skills and presentation skills, which are required for professionals, students can get a job in a wide range of fields, including construction.

1st Year

The first-year curriculum covers the basics of architecture CAD.

2nd Year

The second-year curriculum includes classes for gaining professional CAD skills.

Having been used widely in various industrial fields, CAD is now an essential technology in computer-aided manufacturing, from construction to industrial products.

Professional-standard CAD software, such as AutoCAD, CATIA, VectorWorks, and SketchUp, are installed in students' machines, which are the latest workstation. Getting used to using professional-standard machines and software, students can efficiently improve their skills, which lead to better employment opportunities.

There has been a growing need for CAD technicians in various fields, including machinery, architecture, construction facility, electronics and electrical engineering, interior, and apparel.

We provide students with full support for qualification improvement, particularly focusing on the CAD operator engineer certification exam, both in regular and certification preparation classes. Our campus is used as one of the test sites for the CAD operator engineer certification exam, giving students an advantage for having the same environment for the exam as for the regular classes.
